CATHOLIC STRONG CAMPAIGN
Parish Goal: $370,000
Pledges: $491,100 (132%)
Our parish has reached the goal of $370,000 and more!
Through the generosity of 126 families from the Major Gift Phase and the Commitment Weekends, our parishioners have pledged $491,000.
That is 132% of our goal!
The parishioners at all the Masses were very supportive with their pledges. The pledges were for 3-5 years. I was humbled at the "sacrifice" many people were willing to make to help our parish. If you made a pledge to the Catholic Strong Campaign in December, and have not received any mailing please call the rectory.

JOSEPH'S HOUSE CASSEROLE UPDATE
We would like to again thank everyone who donated a casserole(s) to Joseph House in January. Through your kind generosity we were able to donate 41 casseroles to help Joseph House feed the homeless during the last week of January.
For those who signed up for our casserole donation program, and to help feed the homeless during the last week in February we will be collecting them on Thursday, February 21st between 2:00 - 2:30pm on Camden Avenue at 48th Street. If this date/time is not convenient for you or you have any questions, please call Maryanne Hanger at 609-560-4437
or 856-541-6225 to make other pickup arrangements.
I invite all parishioners to consider being involved in one of the liturgical ministries during our masses. We are in need of Lectors and Eucharistic
Ministers. Please consider being more involved in our Eucharistic celebrations.
If you would like more information please contact Father Ed at the Rectory.
"Be doers of the word and not hearers only…" (JAMES 1:22)
It is easy to understand the definition of Stewardship. The hard part is living it! What do you do to live God's word? Do you share your time in prayer with God? Do you use your talent to help those in need? Are you generous with your financial resources? If not, what are you waiting for?
Religious Education registration forms are at the Parish House from 9:00am to 4:00pm during the week or by calling the Religious Education Office at 661-9489.
FISHES & LOAVES FOOD PANTRY
As the cold weather takes hold our food pantry could use donations of canned soup, stews, hot chocolate, instant oatmeal and also jelly. We accept all non-perishable items and donations can be left in the pantry box at the church entrance.
NEED SACRAMENTS OR INTERESTED IN THE CATHOLIC FAITH?
Perhaps you have been coming to Mass with a relative or friend and have considered becoming Catholic. Perhaps you did not receive all of your Sacraments as a child in the normal course. Perhaps you know someone like this that is spiritually searching? We have just the right program for you! It is called the Rite of Christian for Adults (R.C.I.A.).
Any adult can investigate and proceed to prepare for the reception of the Sacraments in the Catholic Church in a personal and relaxed manner through this program. Please call the rectory for more information.
INCREASED CONFESSION HOURS
Confessions in both English and Spanish are offered Saturdays, after the 4:30pm Mass until the 6:30pm Mass and again after the 6:30pm. Confessions are also offered in English as usual from 3:30pm until 4:30pm Mass.
